Every JOLT kit ships with free shipping and a 30-day return window. No restocking fees, no fine-print traps.
You can return your JOLT kit for any reason within 30 days of delivery. If it doesn't fit your car, you changed your mind, or it just isn't for you — send it back.
Kits must be returned with all parts in the box: the JOLT Eject actuator and both port sizes. A kit that has been fitted can still be returned, as long as no parts are missing or damaged beyond normal fitting.
Use the support form and choose "Returns" as the issue type, or reply to your order confirmation email. Include your order number. We'll send you return instructions within 1–2 business days.
Once we receive your return, we refund the full purchase price to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Original shipping is never charged, so there is nothing to deduct.
If your kit arrives damaged or stops working, contact us and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. You won't be asked to pay return shipping on a defective unit.
