Standard delivery takes 5–8 business days after dispatch. Carrier delays around holidays or bad weather can occasionally add a day or two.
We currently ship to addresses in the United States only. If you're outside the US, contact us and we'll let you know when we open your country.
If tracking stalls for more than 5 business days or your kit arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and we'll send a replacement or a full refund.
