These terms apply to every purchase of a JOLT kit. By placing an order you agree to them.
JOLT is an aftermarket hardware kit that automatically releases a Tesla Supercharger cable when the vehicle is unlocked. It is not manufactured, endorsed, or affiliated with Tesla, Inc. or any other vehicle manufacturer.
Orders are placed through our checkout and charged at the time of purchase. The listed price is the full price — shipping is free on every order. We may cancel and refund any order we cannot fulfill.
Kits are in stock and ship promptly after ordering. Delivery times vary by destination. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address you provide.
You are responsible for installing and using the kit in accordance with the included instructions and all applicable laws. The kit is a mechanical release aid — it does not replace situational awareness, and in an emergency your first priority should always be your personal safety.
We warrant the kit against defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from delivery. If a covered defect appears, we will repair, replace, or refund the kit at our option. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, improper installation, or modification.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JOLT is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the product. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the kit.
Returns and refunds are governed by our returns policy, which forms part of these terms.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
